Presented by Mondays Dark Theatre Company as part of the TRU (Theater Resources Unlimited) New Play Reading Series, the reading will begin at 7 PM at the Roy Arias Off-Broadway Theater.

Directed by David Lee, the cast will also feature Darren Ritchie, who was seen on Broadway in Wonderland, Joanna Howard and Rebecca Fisher.

Here's how Foreclosure is billed: "In a Southern California neighborhood ravaged by foreclosure, two couples struggle with the balance between friendship and crossing the line. Foreclosure takes a sharply comedic look at the collapse at the American ideal that one can truly have a home."

Playwright Delaney's work has been produced and developed at numerous festivals and workshops including the Guthrie, Humana Festival, Children's Theatre Company and Orlando Shakespeare Festival, among others. Foreclosure was a finalist and one of three selections chosen for the Theater Resources Unlimited's TRU Voices New Plays Reading Series.

The Tru Voices Annual New Play Reading Series and Tru Voices Annual New Musicals Readings Series present developmental readings to nurture new works as well as new producers for theatre.

The Roy Arias Off-Broadway Theater is located at 300 West 43rd Street, Suite 500. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (212) 714-7628. Visit TRUOnline.org.
