News Book of Mormon's Mykal Kilgore Will Host Monday Nights, New Voices Concert The Monday Nights, New Voices series, produced by composer Scott Alan, will return to the Duplex Cabaret Theatre May 20.

The 7 PM concert will be hosted by 2007 New Voices alumna Mykal Kilgore, who has since gone on to star in the Broadway revival of Hair as well as the national tour of The Book of Mormon.

The evening will celebrate the New Voices of Max Chernin, Ashley Dillard, Bethany Fagan, Philly Lopez and Tony Ponella. These artists will interpret the work of up-and-coming composer Zoe Sarnak.

Paul Staroba returns as musical director.

Zoe Sarnak is a composer, lyricist and playwright who graduated from Harvard University in 2009. Sarnak wrote the book, music and lyrics for The Quad, developed and performed at Harvard’s Loeb Experimental Theatre. Sarnak has four full-length musicals in development, including Mixtape, featured in Silent Street Productions' 2012 season, and A Lasting Impression, winner of Pace New Musicals 2012 and performed Off-Broadway at the 4th Street Theatre at NYTW in August 2012.
