News Box Office for West End Premiere of Book of Mormon Will Open Sept. 23; Opening Night Is March 21, 2013 The box office for West End run of the nine-time Tony-winning hit The Book of Mormon is to open Sept. 23, with performances beginning Feb. 25, 2013, prior to an official opening March 21, at the Prince of Wales Theatre.

With book, music and lyrics by "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, joined by Avenue Q's co-creator Robert Lopez, The Book of Mormon follows a pair of Mormon boys sent on a mission to a place that's a long way from Salt Lake City.

It is directed by Casey Nicholaw and Trey Parker, with choreography by Casey Nicholaw, set design by Scott Pask, costume design by Ann Roth, lighting design by Brian MacDevitt, sound design by Brian Ronan, orchestrations by Larry Hochman and Stephen Oremus and music supervision and vocal arrangements by Stephen Oremus.

The Book of Mormon is produced in the West End by Anne Garefino, Scott Rudin, Important Musicals and Sonia Friedman Productions. Casting is still to be announced.

The West End production of The Book of Mormon will offer a limited number of top price stalls tickets at £20 for each performance, through a daily lottery. Entries will be accepted in person at the Box Office two-and-a- half hours prior to each performance. Names will be drawn at random two hours before each performance.
