Bravo's "Odd Mom Out" Actress Returns Off-Broadway with Acclaimed Solo Show | Playbill

News Bravo's "Odd Mom Out" Actress Returns Off-Broadway with Acclaimed Solo Show Elza Zagreda — who is featured in the new Bravo comedy TV series "Odd Mom Out" alongside Andy Buckley from "The Office" — is reviving her acclaimed solo show, Dating, Depression & Dirtbags: A Love Story.

Dating, Depression & Dirtbags: A Love Story is written and performed by Zagreda with direction by Joan Kane. Performances begin April 10 and continue through June 19 at Stage Left Studios. The show follows Zagreda's uphill journey from heartache to searching for love again in New York City, searching in all the locations least-likely suited for a serious partner: from Holy Communion to Ricky's Strip Club. "Turning heartbreak and tragedy on its ass with heartfelt humor and wit, Dating Depression and Dirtbags: A Love Story is a painfully real and laugh out loud funny take on the NYC dating scene," says press notes. "Only the names have been changed to protect the guilty!"

Zagreda's previous solo shows include Corn Bread and Feta Cheese: Growing Up Fat and Albanian and Divorce Albanian Style!, which have been performed in New York, L.A., Detroit and Boston. In "Odd Mom Out" she plays Monoma, the Russian housekeeper with attitude. On stage she was featured in Letters from Kosovo as well as in the plays The Vagina Monologues and Trojan Women.
