News "Breakfast with the Arts" Welcomes Martin Short Nov. 12 The Nov. 12 broadcast of "Breakfast with the Arts," the Sunday-morning entertainment program on the A&E Network, will feature a segment devoted to stage and screen star Martin Short.

Short will be on hand to discuss his new Broadway show, Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, which plays the Jacobs Theatre. The show was conceived by Tony Award winner Short (Little Me) and Hairspray's Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. The production features music by Shaiman (who is also a cast member), lyrics by Wittman and Shaiman and direction by Wittman. The two-hour A&E program will also include segments about singer-songwriter Bonnie Raitt, the East Coast band Guster, and the Grammy-nominated Robert Randolph & The Family Band.
