The Feb. 11 London performance of Art will be played by the previous season's trio of Simon Shepherd, Philip Franks and Leigh Lawson, following the death this morning of actor Barry Foster.
From tomorrow the remaining two from the current cast, Nigel Havers and Roger Lloyd-Pack, will resume performances, appearing with Barry Foster's understudy, Andrew MacDonald.
Barry Foster had a long and distinguished theatre career, and was also well known as a television star, particularly in the 1970s detective series "Van Der Valk."
