Broadway Baby: The Songs of Stephen Sondheim, a benefit for the New York Festival of Song, will be held in Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall April 19, 2017.

Tony and Emmy winner Tyne Daly (Gypsy, Rabbit Hole, Cagney & Lacey) will be among the performers; additional artists will be announced. Steven Blier will be featured at the piano for the 7 PM event.

The evening will feature songs from many of Sondheim's musicals with surprises along the way. Dinner and additional performances will follow at 21 Club.

NYFOS founders and music directors Blier and Michael Barrett conceived NYFOS's cultural vision with a simple but powerful insight: everyone has a primal need to be sung to.
