News Broadway Backwards Will Play Al Hirschfeld Theatre; Tix on Sale The 2014 presentation of Broadway Backwards will take place March 24 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. Tickets to the musical event, which features male singers performing songs traditionally sung by women, and women singing tunes written for men, are now on sale.

Creator Robert Bartley directs and choreographs the popular evening that has musical supervision by Mary-Mitchell Campbell, musical direction by Tim Rosser and additional choreography by Amy Jones.

Talent for the event will be announced at a later date. Last year's Broadway Backwards raised $347,060 for Broadway Cares and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. Read Playbill.com's coverage of the event here.
