News Broadway Belters Line Up for "Broadway Unplugged" Aug. 6 Three great Broadway belters — Alix Korey, Mary Testa and Judy Kaye — will be part of "Broadway Unplugged" Aug. 6 at New York's Merkin Concert Hall.

The 6 PM benefit will support The New York Festival of Song, the concert series coming to the Merkin Hall this fall. Pianist Steven Blier will host the one-night-only event, which will also include a performance from soprano Harolyn Blackwell as well as several surprise guests. A rarity these days, the concert will be performed without microphones.

Tickets for "Broadway Unplugged" are priced at $55 and are available by calling (212) 501-3330 or by visiting the theatre's box office. Merkin Hall is located at 129 West 67th Street. (Gala tickets are also available for $250, which includes preferred seating and reception at the home of famed lyricist Betty Comden; call the NYFOS office at 646-230 8380.)
