The Broadway musical Fun Home has made a lot of history and won a lot of awards in the first year of its run. This week the show added another feather to its cap. The Broadway Bowling League completed its spring 2016 season with the show's team, the Bowl Dykes, in first place.
For more than 20 years, the Broadway Bowling League has given the cast and crew of Broadway and Off-Broadway shows a chance to unwind in the friendly environment of Frames Bowling Lounge located in the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The teams play every Thursday evening at 11:30 PM after the curtains come down, and there are two championships each year, one in the fall, one in the spring.
Several teams have continued to play together long after their shows have closed.
