News Broadway Couple Heads to the Chatterbox Aug. 14 Husband-and-wife Danny Burstein and Rebecca Luker will sit down for a chat with host Seth Rudetsky at the Aug. 14 edition of Seth’s Broadway Chatterbox.

The weekly live talkfest, which includes interviews and performances from Broadway stars, is held at 6 PM at the New York cabaret Don't Tell Mama. There is a $10 donation and a two-drink minimum. The donation goes directly to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the nation's leading industry-based, not-for-profit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization.

Rebecca Luker — who will return to Broadway Sept. 2 as Claudia in the Tony-winning revival of Nine — was most recently on the Main Stem in the acclaimed revival of Meredith Willson's The Music Man, garnering Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations for her role as Marian. Last summer she starred opposite Michael Cerveris as Clara in the Kennedy Center production of Stephen Sondheim's Passion, and her other theatrical credits include roles in The Sound of Music, Show Boat (Tony nomination), The Secret Garden and The Phantom of the Opera. She also co-starred in the Reprise! mounting of She Loves Me and appeared Off-Broadway in Keith Reddin's Can’t Let Go.

On Broadway, Danny Burstein has appeared in Titanic, Company, Three Men on a Horse, Saint Joan, The Seagull, A Little Hotel on the Side, The Flowering Peach and A Class Act. Off-Broadway, the actor singer was seen in I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change; All in the Timing; The Rothschilds; Merrily We Roll Along and Weird Romance. Burstein also received a 1997 Drama-Logue award for his performance in Harmony.

Creator and host of Seth's Broadway Chatterbox, Seth Rudetsky has served as a pit pianist and/or conductor for such Broadway shows as 42nd Street, The Full Monty, The Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia! and The Producers. He also conceived the idea for the recent all-star Funny Girl concert to benefit the Actors Fund of America as well as last season's Dreamgirls anniversary concert. Rudetsky was a member of the comedy writing team for "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" for two years, and his awards include the Duplex's Stars of Tomorrow, the Backstage Bistro and the Funniest Gay Male in New York. He is also the author and star of the one-man, GLAAD-nominated show Rhapsody in Seth.
