News Broadway Gospel Choir Sings With Porter, Crosby and Noll Sept. 26, Oct. 4 Sept. 26 is a big day for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. But that's not all the fund raising for the day: the Broadway Gospel Choir will make a joyful noise for BC/EFA at 8 PM at the New York Society for Ethical Culture.

Sept. 26 is a big day for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The annual Flea Market runs 10 AM-7 PM on Shubert Alley, offering all kinds of Broadway memorabilia, auctions and food. But that's not all the fund raising for the day: the Broadway Gospel Choir will make a joyful noise for BC/EFA at 8 PM at the New York Society for Ethical Culture.

Billy Porter (Miss Saigon), BJ Crosby (Smokey Joe's Cafe), Adriane Lenox (Dinah Was) and Christiane Noll (Jekyll & Hyde) are among the featured voices.

Michael McElroy (Rent) musical directs the group whose members are Farah Alvin, Vance Avery, Frank Baiocchi, Bertilla Baker (Titanic), Risa Benson, Ronnell Bey, Wendy Binkowitz, Greggory Brandt (Les Miserables), Russell Joel Brown, Carter Calvert, Victoria Lecta Cave (Cabaret), Donna Lynne Champlin, Tracy Nicole Chapman (The Lion King) Dwayne Clark, Angela DeCicco, Aisha deHaas, Kena Tangi Dorsey (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum), John Treacy Egan (Jekyll & Hyde), Duane Martin Foster, Robert H. Fowler, La-Rita Gaskins, Avis Graves, Charles Holt, Christ Jackson, Kimberly JaJuan, Capathia Jenkins (The Civil War), Vanessa A. Jones, Bryan Landrine, Aliza Loewy, Gail Lou, Terri O'Neill, Destan Owens, Jason Paige, John Eric Parker, Kelli Rabke, Nikki Rene, Devin Richards, Lisa M. Rickenbacker, Jacques C. Smith (Rent), Rebecca Spenser (Jekyll & Hyde), Shayna Steele (Rent), Dennis Stowe, Nicole Sutherland, Gregory Tapscott, Sharon Wilkins (The Life), Laurie Williamson, Virginia Woodruff and Christopher Zelno.
