The evening at the Brooklyn venue begins at 7:30 PM. (Salem Baptist Church is the home of Tony Award winner and BIV veteran Adriane Lenox.)

BIV members represent such shows as Motown: The Musical, The Lion King, Wicked, Spider-Man Turn off the Dark, The Book of Mormon and Annie. Attendees can expect a wide array of inspirational repertoire, including a few original pieces by McElroy.

A portion of the proceeds from this concert go to the Salem Baptist Church to help continue its outreach services to the community and youth.

Salem Baptist Church is located at 305 East 21st Street, between Flatbush and Ocean. Tickets are priced $25 and can be purchased by visiting smarttix.com.

Broadway Inspirational Voices was founded by McElroy in 1994 as the Broadway Gospel Choir and in 1999 was reincarnated to its current form. The Broadway Inspirational Voices' second album, "Great Joy: A Gospel Christmas," was released on Sh-K-Boom Records in 2003 and received a Grammy Award nomination.
