News Broadway Sessions Will Welcome Wicked's Kathy Fitzgerald March 17 Broadway Sessions with Ben D, the weekly musical theatre-themed evening at The Midtown Theater, will continue March 17.

The evening will feature performances by Kathy Fitzgerald, who currently plays Madame Morrible in Broadway's Wicked, as well as The WD's (singer Eric Michael Krop and composer Zoe Sarnack), champion Irish step dancer/harpist/singer Russell Patrick Brown and vocalist Kelsey Youmans.

Broadway Sessions is hosted by actor Ben Cameron, who has appeared on Broadway in Footloose, Aida and Wicked, and is described as "an evening of musical performances, comedy, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week." The evening features musical director/composer Will Van Dyke on piano.

Doors open at 10 PM for the weekly Thursday-night event. Show time is 11 PM, and the musical theatre open mic continues till 2 AM.
