News   Broadway Theatres Dim Lights to Honor Actor Marlon Brando, July 2
 
In honor of the passing of legendary stage and screen actor Marlon Brando, Broadway theatres will dim their lights at 8 PM, July 2.

As is tradition, the lights will dim on all marquees for one minute at 8 PM. Brando, known to theatre audiences as the original Stanley Kowalski in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire passed away July 1. Other credits of his include "Guys and Dolls," "The Godfather," "Apocalypse Now," and "On the Waterfront" among many others.
