News   Broadway Theatres To Dim Lights in Honor of Bob Hope July 29 In honor of the passing of legendary entertainer Bob Hope, the marquees of Broadway theatres will be dimmed at 8 PM July 29.

As is tradition, the lights will dim for one minute. Hope graced the Broadway stage in productions of Ups-a Daisy, Bob Hope at the Palace, Ballyhoo of 1932, Roberta, Say When, Ziegfeld Follies of 1936 and Red, Hot and Blue. To read Playbill On-Line's obituary of Bob Hope, click here.
