News   Broadway's An American in Paris Inaugurates Digital Discount Lottery Jan. 26 The 2015 Broadway musical An American in Paris is joining the growing rank of shows offering online discount lotteries instead of front-of-theatre lotteries.

Starting with the Jan. 26 performance, the An American in Paris digital lottery will open daily (at 8 AM for matinees and 10 AM for evening performances) for entrants to win a limited number of $40 same-day tickets to that day’s performance(s) at Lottery.broadwaydirect.com/show/an-american-in-paris.

The lottery will remain open until 11 AM (matinees)/ 3 PM (evening shows) when winners will be drawn. Winners will be notified by email within minutes after the drawing, and will have 60 minutes to pay for their tickets with a credit card online. They must pick up the tickets at the Palace Theatre box office (1564 Broadway at 47th Street) 30 minutes prior to show time. Photo ID is required for pickup and seat locations awarded by the lottery are subject to availability.
