Cabaret & Concert News Broadway’s Phantom Cast Organizes Benefit Concert The cast will raise money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

James Barbour and Laughing Dog Media will present The Cast of Phantom Sings Rodgers & Hammerstein, a benefit concert with proceeds going to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Broadway's current Phantom, Barbour, will host the event and Richard Carsey will musical direct.

The Cast of Phantom Sings Rodgers & Hammerstein will be the fourth in a series honoring the iconic music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Frank Wildhorn, Stephen Sondheim, and Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein.

The concert will take place Sunday, April 2, at the Birdland Jazz Club located at 315 West 44th Street, New York. Doors open at 5 PM and performances begin at 6 PM. The show will require a $10 food/drink minimum.
