Presented at the Old Stone House & Washington Park, the lineup includes the ghostly drama Mr. Splitfoot and the vaudville act The Buffalo Nickels Medicine Show.

The ghostly drama Mr. Splitfoot, written by Piper Theatre artistic director John P. McEneny and Vasile Flutur, will be performed July 6 at 9 PM, July 9 at 7:30 PM, July 13 at 9 PM, July 16 at 7:30 PM and July 20 at 9 PM at the Old Stone House, Washington Park.

Directed by John P. McEneny, the cast will include Vasile Flutur (The Island Of Doctor Moreau) as the title character Mr. Splitfoot, the ghostly creation of the sisters who claimed that he possessed them and connected them to the other side. Also cast are Victoria Finney Crouch ("Families," "The Grand"), Adam Weppler, Anne Windsland and Melissa Diaz.

"Mr. Splitfoot is about the notorious Fox sisters, three American girls from western New York who started the spiritualist movement in the 1860s and 70's," press notes state. "Set in the grieving world of post-Civil War America, the play depicts the tragic downfall of the sisters who are hailed as leaders of a new religious movement only to fall into dishonor and ruin."

Mr. Splitfoot will include original music by Dario Eskenazi ("Mi Primera Boda," "The Last New Yorker"). Performances of The Buffalo Nickels Medicine Show, a vaudeville act by the band Buffalo Nickels, will be given July 9 at 9 PM, July 13 at 7:30 PM, July 16 at 9 PM and July 20 at 7:30 PM at the Old Stone House & Washington Park.

Here's how the performance is billed: "A hybrid of bluegrass gig, scripted comedy and lowbrow pageantry, The Buffalo Nickels Medicine Show sings and picks its way through the on-and-off stage exploits of its itinerant company, as they pine for and plot against each other and the audience that gathers each evening around their traveling wagons. The cast of characters performing variously on stage in The Buffalo Nickels Medicine Show include: 'Leopold Finch' – shady purveyor of patent remedies, with a nose for Achilles heels; Finch's horse 'Mule;' 'Mabel Morrow' – brassy, bewitching, intoxicated by a crowd; Mabel's daughter 'Bet;' and 'Thomas' the rugged union organizer who plays his secrets close to the heart."

Old Stone House & Washington Park is located between 4th and 5th Avenues and 3rd and 4th Streets, Park Slope, Brooklyn.
