The 5:30 PM event features Bruce Norris and Anna D. Shapiro, the playwright and director, respectively, of the new play Domesticated.

The Platform Series takes place in the lobby of the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65th Street). Admission is free and open to all; however, seating in the lobby is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning a half-hour before the talk. (Speakers and schedules are subject to change; call (212) 362-7600 to confirm on the day of the event.)

Domesticated, according to press notes, is "about politics and gender involving a husband and wife (Jeff Goldblum and Laurie Metcalf) whose marriage is upended when they become embroiled in a scandal."

LCT’s subsequent platform is scheduled for Dec. 19 at 6 PM with actors Goldblum and Metcalf, who head the cast of Domesticated.

Lincoln Center Theater’s Platform series was introduced in the summer of 1998. Transcripts of the previous talks are available on-line at lct.org.
