Members of the Les Miserables Broadway cast will perform an evening of cabaret April 5 as a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Members of the Les Miserables Broadway cast will perform an evening of cabaret April 5 as a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Titled Beyond the Barricade!, the event will be held at 10 PM at The Triad nightclub at 158 W72nd St. in New York.

Leads Craig Schulman (Valjean), Robert Gallagher (Javert) and Sarah Uriarte Berry (Eponine) will be performing songs by their favorite composers, as will 17 members of the supporting company.

Shulman will sing "Music of the Night" from Phantom of the Opera; Gallagher will do "Proud Lady" from Stephen Schwartz' The Baker's Wife; the three girls alternating as Young Cosette plan "I Sing the Body Electric" from Fame; Megan Lawrence will sing "River Deep, Mountain High"; Jennifer Zimmerman is warming up the Nancy LaMott anthem, "Help Is on the Way."

For reservations, call (212) 799-4599 or (212) 362-2590. There's a $12 cover charge and $5 food or drink minimum for the benefit. Reservations are recommended. Proceeds from the event will go to bolster Les Miz's entry in the upcoming BC/EFA Easter Bonnet competition.
