Christine Andreas, Hayden Tee and Heather Mac Rae will all offer solo evenings in the Chase Room at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Mac Rae, who has been seen on Broadway in Hair and Falsettos, will perform in the series Sunday, April 10 at 5 PM. Mac Rae will offer her acclaimed "Songs for My Father" concert, which pays tribute to her legendary dad, screen star Gordon Mac Rae. Andreas, a Tony nominee for her work in Oklahoma! and On Your Toes, will bring her luscious soprano to the Chase May 15 at 5 PM. Andreas will perform tunes from her latest solo recording, "The Carlyle Set," as well as other theatrical favorites and American standards.
The New Zealand-born Tee, who recently made his New York debut in The Muftee Show, will perform at the Chase June 5 at 5 PM. Through song and comedy, Tee explores the ways that "escapism dominates our lives through television, musicals and movies."
