Among the participating restaurants/chefs are AIX/Jehangir Mehta, AZ/Christian Lomas, Le Bernardin/Eric Ripert, Café Gray/Gray Kunz, Cub Room/Ben Grossman, Hana Pastries/Michael Hu, Marseille/Alex Ureña, Naga/Patricia Yeo and Town/Geoffrey Zakarian. The final act, "Dessert," is a silent auction. One of the many prizes is a pair of tickets to The Producers with current stars Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick.
