Barbara Brussell, the cabaret singer whose work has been heard in New York and Los Angeles, will sing show tunes and standards when her new act, They Say It's Wonderful, plays Eighty Eight's in Greenwich Village, April 19-May 29. The songs of Irving Berlin, Charles Strouse, Maltby & Shire, Cole Porter, Amanda McBroom, Yip Harburg, Harold Arlen and Stephen Sondheim will all be represented.
Brussell's CD, "Patterns," was recently released on the LML Music label. The actress-singer has been seen in West Coast regional theaters from El Paso to Beverly Hills.
