Cabell, Hughes and Sparks Cast in MTC's Pumpgirl

News   Cabell, Hughes and Sparks Cast in MTC's Pumpgirl Complete casting has been announced for Abbie Spallen's Pumpgirl, which will begin performances at City Center-Stage II Nov. 8.

Directed by Carolyn Cantor, the Manhattan Theatre Club production will officially open Dec. 4. The cast will feature Hannah Cabell (Jane Eyre at The Acting Company), Geraldine Hughes (Translations at MTC), and Paul Sparks (Broadway's Take Me Out). When a local racetrack star (Sparks) becomes the focus of her obsession, the affair threatens more than the feelings of his disenchanted wife (Hughes)."

The creative team comprises David Korins (scenic design), Mimi O'Donnell (costume design), David Weiner (lighting design), Robert Kaplowitz (sound design) and Deborah Hecht (dialect coach).

City Center – Stage II is located in Manhattan at 131 West 55th Street. Tickets, priced $50, are available by calling (212) 581-1212 or by visiting www.ManhattanTheatreClub.com.
