Juicy passages from real-life autobiographies by big-name celebrities including Oprah, Elvis Presley, Zayn, and Britney Spears will get the irreverent Celebrity Autobiography treatment in the August installments of the popular New York stage series, now in its eighth year.

They will appear at two special shows on August 25 at Guild Hall in East Hampton, and a single performance on August 28 at The Triad nightclub, 158 West 72nd Street in Manhattan.

Lined up to put their personal spin on selections from actual celebrity autobiographies at the East Hampton show will be Brooke Shields, Susan Lucci, Christie Brinkley, Mario Cantone, Ali Wentworth, Alan Zweibel, Scott Adsit, Eugene Pack, and Dayle Reyfel. Tickets cost $40–$75 and can be purchased online at Guildhall.org.

Set for the Manhattan show are Tony Award winner Cady Huffman, Tony nominee Orfeh, Tate Donovan, Peter Asher, five-time Emmy winner Alan Zweibel, Drama Desk-winners Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel, John Fugelsang, and New York Times crossword puzzle editor Will Shortz. Tickets for the Manhattan show cost $40–$80 (plus a two-drink minimum) and can be purchased online at CelebrityAutobiography.com.
