News Caissie Levy, Andy Mientus, Keala Settle, Cliff Saunders and Kyle Scatliffe Take Final Bows in Les Misérables Les Misérables cast members Caissie Levy (Fantine), Andy Mientus (Marius), Cliff Saunders (Thenardier), Kyle Scatliffe (Enjolras) and Keala Settle (Madame Thenardier) take their final bows in the Tony-nominated Broadway revival March 1.

Taking over in their roles March 3 will be Tony and Oliver Award nominee Gavin Lee (Mary Poppins) as Thenardier, Erika Henningsen as Fantine, Rachel Izen as Madame Thenardier, Brennyn Lark as Eponine, Chris McCarrell as Marius and Wallace Smith as Enjolras.

Also joining the cast are Fabi Aguirre (Little Cosette/Young Eponine) of Miami, FL; Sam Chuck (Petit Gervais/Gavroche) of Mahwah, NJ; Lilyana Cornell (Little Cosette/Young Eponine) of Monroe Township, NJ; Eleanor Koski (Ensemble) of Memphis, TN; and Athan Sporek (Petit Gervais, Gavroche) of Brooklyn, NY.

Tony Award nominee Ramin Karimloo will perform as Jean Valjean through the end of the summer, and original cast members Will Swenson (Javert) and Samantha Hill (Cosette) continue in their roles as well.

Cameron Mackintosh's new production of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg's Les Misérables opened on Broadway March 23, 2014, at The Imperial Theatre.

Les Miz is written by Boublil and Schönberg and is based on the novel by Victor Hugo. It has music by Schönberg, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer and original French text by Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel, original adaption by Trevor Nunn and John Caird and additional material by James Fenton. The original orchestrations are by John Cameron with new orchestrations by Christopher Jahnke, Stephen Metcalfe and Stephen Brooker. The new production is directed by Laurence Connor and James Powell, with set and image design by Matt Kinley inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo, costumes by Andreane Neofitou and Christine Rowland, lighting by Paule Constable, sound by Mick Potter and projections realized by Fifty-Nine Productions. Musical staging is by Michael Ashcroft and Geoffrey Garratt. Musical supervision is by Stephen Brooker, and musical direction is by James Lowe.
