News Carnegie Hall's 2009-2010 Season to Feature Feinstein, O'Hara, Szot and Callaway Initial programming has been announced for Carnegie Hall's 2009-2010 season, spanning the months October 2009-May 2010.

The New York Pops will offer several concerts throughout the season. Wayne Brady's Sammy and Sam: A Tribute to Sammy Davis Jr. and Sam Cooke will be presented Oct. 9 at 8 PM starring Emmy winner Brady. Too Marvelous for Words: A Johnny Mercer Centennial Concert will be held Nov. 20 at 8 PM and will include performances by Ann Hampton Callaway and N'Kenge. Celebrate the Holidays with Sandi Patty! will be seen Dec. 18 and 19 at 8 PM and will feature singer Patty as well as the Young People's Chorus of New York City. The March 12, 2010 (at 8 PM) performance is titled Celtic Music: A Saint Patrick's Day Celebration; performers will include Meav, Ronan Tynan, Liz Knowles and Kieran O'Hare. The Best of Lerner and Loewe will play the famed venue April 16, 2010 at 8 PM and will boast South Pacific's Kelli O'Hara and Paulo Szot as well as The Clurman Singers. Steven Reineke is the music director and conductor of the Pops. Michael Feinstein will return to the more intimate Zankel Hall with several performances of Standard Time with Michael Feinstein: Oct. 7 at 7:30 PM; Feb. 10, 2010 at 7:30 PM; March 10, 2010 at 7:30 PM.
