At the annual fundraiser, which is scheduled to begin at 7 PM, Burnett will receive the Distinction in Theater Award. Also honored at Backstage is Fox Filmed Entertainment chairman and CEO Jim Gianopulos, who will be presented with the Distinction in Service Award by Oscar winner Warren Beatty.

Burnett, who received a Special Tony Award in 1969, was nominated for her performances in Once Upon a Mattress and Moon Over Buffalo.
