Broadway News Carrie St. Louis Joins Broadway's Kinky Boots May 4 Neon Trees lead singer Tyler Glenn will join the cast of the Tony-winning musical May 6.

Carrie St. Louis (Wicked, Cruel Intentions) joins the cast of Broadway's Tony-winning Kinky Boots May 4 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. The actor steps into the role of Lauren, succeeding Kirstin Maldonado, who took her final bow May 3.

Tyler Glenn, the lead singer of the multi-platinum rock band Neon Trees, will make his Broadway debut in Kinky Boots May 6 in the role of Charlie Price. The singer will play a limited run through July 15. He will succeed American Idol winner David Cook, who continues as Charlie through May 5.

J. Harrison Ghee, recently seen in the Paper Mill Playhouse world premiere of The Sting, returned to the role of Lola May 1. He followed Wayne Brady, playing his second engagement in the hit musical, in the role created by Tony Award winner Billy Porter.
