They met at a musical theatre conservatory school in New York City. But, as they stated in an interview, "I guess we didn’t stick with the song and dance." Well, it's a good thing they didn't, as they are now making their Off-Broadway debut Dec. 18-Jan. 22 at the Soho Playhouse with Cary and Gallo: What If We Did This?.
Cary and Gallo features the performance duo of Joshua Cary and Patrick Gallo in a mix of theatrical sketches and original short films. Emmy-nominated Ted Sullivan directs the production which showcases Paul Sullivan's shorts.
The production was written by the two performers and a team of comedy writers that include Dan Cronin ("The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn"), Chris DeLuca ("Saturday Night Live"), Julius Sharpe ("Late Night With Conan O'Brien) and Bryan Tucker ("The Chris Rock Show").
For tickets to the show, which runs Mondays at the Soho Playhouse, 15 Vandam St. (off 6th Ave.) call TeleCharge at (212) 239-6200 or visit www.CaryandGallo.com.
