PS Classics co-founder Tommy Krasker produced the 17-track cast recording, which features the entire original Off-Broadway company from the 2008 Public Theater world premiere. The Road Show recording will include complete lyrics and production photos. Featuring a book by John Weidman and a score by Sondheim, Road Show spans 40 years of American history, from the Gold Rush to the Florida real-estate boom in the 1930's. Press notes for the work read: "Road Show is the story of two brothers whose quest for the American dream turns into a test of morality and judgment that changes their lives in unexpected ways."

Tony-winning Sweeney Todd director John Doyle helmed the Public Theater world premiere of Road Show, which featured Tony winner Michael Cerveris and Alexander Gemignani as the eccentric Wilson and Addison Mizner, respectively.

The cast also included Alma Cuervo as Mama, William Parry as Papa, Claybourne Elder as Hollis and ensemble members Aisha de Haas, Colleen Fitzpatrick, Mylinda Hull, Mel Johnson, Jr., Orville Mendoza, Anne L. Nathan, Tom Nelis, Matt Stocke, William Youmans and Kristine Zbornik.
