Renee Ridgeley and John Michael Morgan head the cast of David Ives' Ancient History now running through Oct. 24 at the Fountain Theatre. Produced by Deborah Lawlor and Jesica Korbman, the romantic comedy about a Jewish-Gentile love affair is directed by Randee Trabitz.

Ridgeley has played numerous leads with American Conservatory Theatre (ATC) and with Buffalo Nights Theatre, winning the 1997 Drama-Logue Award for her performance in The Firebugs. She co-stars with Michelle Pfeiffer and Bruce Willis in "The Story of Us," directed by Rob Reiner.

Morgan appeared in 900 Oneonta at the Odyssey Theatre recently. He won an L.A. Weekly Award for his performance in The Dybbuk and a Drama-Logue Award for A Greek Wedding at the Gascon Center.
