News Casting Announced For London Debut of Bobby Cronin Musical Daybreak Bobby Cronin's new musical Daybreak will make its London debut next month at the Tristan Bates Theatre.

Directed by Hayley Cusick with musical direction by Richard Bates, performances are scheduled for June 5-30. Opening night is June 8. The cast will comprise Suzy Bastone (Jersey Boys, Never Forget, Saturday Night Fever, Starlight Express) as Rebecca and Matt Stevens (Tale of Two Cities, Jekyll and Hyde, Chess at the Royal Albert Hall) as Dylan with Kayleigh Louise-Smith as Kelly and Tom Senior as Jamie.

Daybreak features words and music by Cronin with additional lyrics by Brett Teresa. The production, according to press notes, is a "non-traditional, coming-of-age musical journey about the troubled relationship of Dylan Ryan and his in denial wife Rebecca, whose biological clock is ticking more loudly with each passing day. The real issue with their marriage? Dylan likes to sleep with men. As the couple moves into Dylan's childhood home in San Francisco, the story of Dylan's parents unfolds and intertwines as memories haunt the old house, which spirals Dylan further into darkness."

Tristan Bates Theatre is located at 1a Tower St, London. For tickets call 020 7240 6283 or visit www.tristanbatestheatre.co.uk.
