News Casting Announced for New U.K. 40th Anniversary Tour of The Rocky Horror Show Casting has been announced for the new U.K. 40th anniversary tour of The Rocky Horror Show, which will begin performances at Brighton's Theatre Royal Dec. 17 for a run through Jan. 5, 2013, then continue on tour around the country with dates currently scheduled through July 20.

Oliver Thornton, last seen in the West End in Priscilla Queen of the Desert, will play Frank 'n' Furter, joined by Rhydian – a former contestant on TV's "The X-Factor" who has gone on to become a double-platinum recording artist – as Frank 'n' Furter's creation Rocky (for dates through March 30). Roxanne Pallett, who has appeared on TV in "Waterloo Road" and "Emmerdale," will play Janet (through May 11), with Ben Forster, who won the ITV1 reality TV series "Superstar!" to play the title role in Jesus Christ Superstar in the current arena stage tour, as Brad (through Feb. 23).
