Northlight Theatre has announced casting for its full 2017–2018 season, which launches September 14 with Matthew Lopez's The Legend of Georgia McBride.
The cast of the drag-themed comedy, under the direction of Lauren Shouse, includes Sean Blake, Keith Kupferer, Jeff Kurysz, Nate Santana, and Leslie Ann Sheppard.
Beginning November 9, audiences can see The Book of Will by Lauren Gunderson. The remainder of the season includes Skeleton Crew by Dominique Morisseau (starting January 25, 2018), The Beauty Queen of Leenane by Martin McDonagh (starting March 15), and Cry It Out by Molly Smith Metzler (starting May 10).
Jessica Thebus will direct The Book of Will, which features Rengin Altay, Dana Black, McKinley Carter, Thom Cox, William Dick, Sam Hubbard, Gregory Linington, Jim Ortleib, Luigi Sottile, and Austin Tichenor.
Skeleton Crew, directed by Ron OJ Parson, will include Bernard Gilbert, Kelvin Roston Jr., Jacqueline Williams, and AnJi White.
The cast of The Beauty Queen of Leenane will feature Kate Fry, Nathan Hosner, Casey Morris, and Wendy Robie; BJ Jones will direct.
The cast of Cry It Out includes Laura Lapidus, Gabriel Ruiz, Darci Nalepa, and Kristina Valada-Viars; Jessica Fisch directs.
Skokie, Illinois' Northlight Theatre is under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans.
