As previously announced, Obie Award winner Michael Cumpsty will star in the title role of the Shakespeare classic, which will begin previews at CSC Nov. 1 with an official opening Nov. 13. Co-directed by Brian Kulick and Cumpsty, the production will play through Dec. 9. Richard III kicks off the company's 40th anniversary season. Joining Cumpsty onstage will be Craig Baldwin, Steven Boyer, Philip Goodwin, Chad Hoeppner, Paul Lazar, Roberta Maxwell, KK Moggie, Michael Potts, Maria Tucci and Graham Winton.
The production will feature sets by Mark Wendland, lighting by Brian Scott and costumes by Oana Ban-Botez.
Show times are Tuesday-Friday at 8 PM, Saturday at 2 and 8 PM and Sunday at 3 PM.
