News Casting Set for Lyric Stage Company of Boston's Company The Stephen Sondheim musical will play the Massachusetts venue in September.

Casting has been announced for The Lyric Stage Company of Boston's upcoming production of the classic Stephen Sondheim and George Furth musical Company, which will be presented September 2-October 9. Directed by Spiro Veloudos with musical direction by Catherine Stornetta, the limited engagement will have choreography and musical staging by Rachel Berton.

The cast will comprise John Ambrosino as Robert, Kerri Wilson as Sarah, Davron S. Monroe as Harry, Elise Aresenault as Susan, Matthew Zahnzinger as Peter, Teresa Winner Blume as Jenny, Todd Yard as David, Erica Spyres as Amy, Tyler Simahk as Paul, Leigh Barrett as Joanne, Will McGarrahan as Larry, Carla Martinez as Marta, Maria LaRossa as Kathy and Adrianne Hick as April.

On the night of his 35th birthday, confirmed New York bachelor Bobby contemplates his unmarried state. Surrounded by “those good and crazy people, [his] married friends,” Bobby weighs the pros and cons of married life.

Company won six Tony Awards in 1971, including Best Musical, Best Score, Best Lyrics, Best Book, Best Direction and Best Scenic Design. The 2006 Broadway revival also won the Tony for Outstanding Revival of a Musical.

The production will also have scenic design by Janie E. Howland, costume design by Rafael Jaen, lighting design by Frank Meissner, Jr., sound design by Andrew Duncan Will and stage combat choreography by J.T. Turner.
