Members of the Broadway casts of Aladdin and Miss Saigon will swap songs August 20 in a special concert to help the spouse of a cast member paralyzed in an auto accident.

The Miss Aladdin Show/Swap will take place 8 PM at The Green Room 42 cabaret inside the Yotel hotel at 570 Tenth Avenue in Manhattan.

The Miss Saigon cast members will perform songs by Aladdin composer Alan Menken, including some from The Little Mermaid and Little Shop of Horrors, while the cast members of Disney's Aladdin will take on the songs of the Miss Saigon team of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg, who also wrote Les Misérables.

All proceeds from the Miss Aladdin Show/Swap will go towards the medical expenses for Jonathan Wotell, husband of Adam Kaokept (original cast of Aladdin; currently in Miss Saigon) who was paralyzed in the hit-and-run incident. See details here.

Tickets cost $40–$75 (no minimum) and can be ordered by clicking here.
