PlayBlog Catch Wonderland's Kate Shindle on "Last Cake Standing" Kate Shindle, who plays The Mad Hatter in Broadway's new musical Wonderland, will appear as a judge on the Food Network's "Last Cake Standing" April 10 episode.

In this "Last Cake Standing" episode, "the seven remaining competitors take a field trip to the Bluebird Theater where they embark upon an exciting but complicated challenge: create a top-notch cake for a talent show in only 8 hours," according to press notes. "The competitors must quickly purchase the materials they need to make their cakes dance and sing before transporting the cakes to the theatre. If their cakes survive the commute, the competitors will each have a moment to perform with their cakes in front of an audience. The audience and the judges, including Shindle, determine whose cake is best."

The episode is set to air on the Food Network April 10 at 9 PM ET and will repeat April 11 at midnight and April 13 at 9 PM ET.

Shindle is currently performing in previews at the Marquis Theatre and will officially open Wonderland on April 17.
