News Center Theatre Group, War Horse, Forbidden Broadway Nab LA Ovation Awards Center Theatre Group, as well as the national tour of War Horse and the Musical Theatre West production of Forbidden Broadway: Greatest Hits, Vol. 2 are among the winners of the 2012 LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards, which were announced Nov. 12.

Jane Kaczmarek ("Malcom in the Middle," Good People) and Herbert Siguenza (American Night)  hosted the 7:30 PM Ovation Awards ceremony at the Los Angeles Theatre.

The Center Theatre Group led the evening with 13 awards, followed by Celebration Theatre with six and Musical Theatre West with four. The Antaeus Company and Theatre @ Boston Court took home two awards each.

The evening included performances and appearances by Patrick J. Adams, LJ Benet, Seamus Dever, Elizabeth Doran, Kristy Edmunds, Robert Foxworth, Davis Gaines, Glenne Headly, Nikki Hyde, Leslie Ito, Young Ji, Christine Lakin, Dawnn Lewis, Sarah Lyding, Lesli Margherita, Gates McFadden, Laura Penn, Assembly Speaker John Perez, Bill Rauch, Allison Rawlings, Mark Roberts, Kirsten Vangsness, Ken Werther and Charlayne Woodard.
