Kathleen Chalfant (Wit), David Cale (Lillian) and Matthew Maguire (Throwin' Bones) will be among the New York actors, writers and directors gathering together to read letters, journals, poems and emails from the people of Kosovo and Serbia in an evening titled, Winning the Peace, on June 30, at St. Peter's Church (54th and Lexington). Others participating in the event: Robbie McCauley, Yoshiko Chuma, Joyce Kozloff, Mary Beth Edelson, Arthur French, Simin Farkoudeh, David White, Rabbi Julie Shonfeld, Rev. David Dyson, Diana McWilliams, Rebecca Nelson and Ellie Covan.
The event is free to the public and will take place between 6 PM and 8:30 PM.
