The evening took place at the Gerald Lynch Theatre at John Jay College with proceeds going towards the human services organization.

When Pigs Fly is about a costume designer who flunks his high-school vocational test and puts everything he has into his one true dream: putting on a show!

The musical was conceived by Waldrop and the late costume designer and playwright Howard Crabtree, with music by Dick Gallagher and lyrics by Waldrop.
