New York Theatre Workshop celebrated the official opening of The Bengsons’ Hundred Days on December 4. The new folk-punk musical is about embracing life as if you only had 100 days to live.

In Hundred Days, real-life married couple Abigail and Shaun Bengson (Iphigenia in Aulis) detail the story of how they fell in love more than a decade ago. The show features a book co-written with The Place We Built playwright Sarah Gancher and is directed by Anne Kauffman.

The Bengsons are joined onstage by Jo Lampert (Joan of Arc: Into the Fire), Colette Alexander (you’ll still call me by name), Dani Markham (tUnE-yArDs), and Reggie D. White (I and You).
