Chekhov's Floyd Ruhmor told Playbill On-Line that other groups are expected to come in to the building incrementally through June.

"We have a beautiful office with furniture donated by J.P.Morgan," Ruhmor said. "It's beautiful. We're very lucky, because we have nearly 800 square feet of space, and access to rehearsal space which we never had before."

Ruhmor said he has also welcomed three additional staff to Chekhov -- his assistant, Kelly Ellenwood, development assistant Karrie Myers and staged reading coordinator Ericka Omundson.

The offices for Chekhov Theatre Ensemble Theatre are now located at 138 South Oxford Street, Brooklyn, New York, 11217. For information call (718) 398-2494 (phone/fax) -- By Murdoch McBride
