Running through Feb. 22, the production marks the show's Thailand premiere.

The show, which will be performed in English, features Michelle DeJean as Roxie Hart, Terra C. MacLeod as Velma Kelly, Jeff McCarthy as Billy Flynn, Roz Ryan as Matron "Mama" Morton and Ben Elledge as Amos Hart.

Following the Thailand run, Chicago will begin performances at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts' Oriental Theatre Feb. 25.

Chicago won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical in 1997 as well as awards for actors Bebe Neuwirth and James Naughton, director Walter Bobbie, lighting designer Ken Billington and choreographer Ann Reinking. The original production was directed and choreographed by the late Bob Fosse.

In New York Chicago plays the Ambassador Theatre, located at 215 West 49th Street.

The New York production of Chicago will become the seventh longest-running show in Broadway history March 24 when it surpasses the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Rent.
