Last chance to see Chita Rivera in the Paper Mill Playhouse revival of Cole Porter's Anything Goes, which closes at New Jersey's state theatre Oct. 15. Musical theatre legend and two-time Tony Award-winner Rivera started her Paper Mill run on Sept. 6.

Directed by Broadway and Paper Mill veteran Lee Roy Reams, the show is choreographed by Michael Lichtefeld whose Broadway credits include The Sound of Music, The Secret Garden, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, and Sweeney Todd.

Also featured in the cast are Bruce Adler (Broadway and Paper Mill productions of Crazy for You) as Moonface Martin.

Rivera has appeared in numerous musicals over her four decade-plus career. She created roles the musicals West Side Story, Bye Bye Birdie, Chicago, The Rink and Kiss of the Spider Woman. Rivera won Tony awards for her role in the last two.

Anything Goes includes such classic Porter songs as the title tune, "I Get a Kick Out of You," and "You're the Top." A 1987 Broadway revival of the show featured Patti LuPone as Reno. -- By Murdoch McBride
