Sirius Satellite Radio will celebrate Tony Award winner Chita Rivera Dec. 9-11 on its Broadway Best Channel 77.

The "Chita Rivera Weekend" will feature round-the-clock broadcasts of Rivera's work in such musicals as Chicago, Nine, Kiss of the Spider Woman and West Side Story. The commercial-free channel will also offer an interview with the veteran performer, who is scheduled to officially open in Chita Rivera: The Dancer's Life Dec. 11.

Rivera, who recently chatted with host Seth Rudetsky for "Seth Rudetsky's Studio A Cabaret," spoke about her decades-long career. That interview will be broadcast Dec. 9 at 9 PM ET, Dec. 10 at midnight and Dec. 11 at 4 PM ET.

After an extended engagement at San Diego's Old Globe Theatre, Chita Rivera: The Dancer's Life — starring the Tony Award-winning actress, singer and dancer — plays Broadway's Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.

The show, according to production notes, is a "tour through landmark creations in the American theatre that were helmed by some of the greatest talents in its history, including Jerome Robbins, Leonard Bernstein, Bob Fosse, Gower Champion and Michael Kidd." The production features new songs by Ragtime's Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty with numbers from West Side Story, Chicago and Kiss of the Spider Woman.

Tickets for Chita Rivera: The Dancer's Life are priced $55-$100. The Schoenfeld Theatre is located in Manhattan at 236 West 45th Street.
