News Christine Ebersole and Aaron Weinstein to Offer Strings Attached at 92nd Street Y Tony-Award winning singer/actress Christine Ebersole will perform Strings Attached with jazz violinist Aaron Weinstein and his trio at the 92nd Street Y May 16 in the annual Kathryn W. Stein Memorial Concert.

Ebersole and the trio will perform classic standards from the '20s and 30s including "Jitterbug Waltz" by Fats Waller, "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye" by Cole Porter, "This Time the Dream's on Me" by Johnny Mercer and "Shall We Dance" by George Gershwin. Strings Attached was performed in a sold-out engagement at Birdland Jazz Club in November 2011. Ebersole won the Tony Award for Best Actress in 42nd Street and Grey Gardens and has also been seen onstage in Steel Magnolias, The Best Man and Dinner at Eight.

Aaron Weinstein has been credited with the "rebirth of the hot jazz violin" and has performed at Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, the Blue Note, Birdland, the Iridium, and at festivals in England, France, Switzerland, Iceland and Israel.
