News Christine Ebersole Begins Café Carlyle Engagement Tonight The Tony Award winner returns to the Carlyle with a new show.

Tony Award winner Christine Ebersole returns to the Café Carlyle October 11 with a new show entitled After The Ball. Ebersole, who recently starred in Goodman Theater’s world premiere of War Paint, will play through October 22.

Ebersole is a two-time Tony winner for her critically acclaimed performances in 42nd Street and Grey Gardens.

Café Carlyle’s fall 2016 season also features Ana Gasteyer, performing a range of covers and re-imagined classics from her jazz album, I’m Hip (October 25-November 5); singer-songwriter Judy Collins, with special guest Ari Hest (November 10-19); and husband-and-wife duo John Pizzarelli and Jessica Molaskey, with a new show (November 22-December 1).

Grammy winner Steve Tyrell will celebrate his 12th anniversary performing in Café Carlyle’s revered holiday slot, having taken over for the legendary Bobby Short in 2005, with a new show. The five-week engagement runs December 2–31.

Throughout the season, Woody Allen will continue to perform Monday nights with the Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band.
